NOTICE - A CHANGE IS NOW IN EFFECT FOR MIDREALM ARMOR STANDARDS:
An Elbow cop must now be worn on any arm where a shield is being used. One suggestion of compliance to this new standard is using leather on an elbow pad to protect the joint.
